Job summary

You will greet guests, handle inquiries, assist with reservations and messages, operate Front Desk systems, uphold standards, and collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Qualifications

• Front desk experience in hospitality is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Computer experience is required for daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at the Front Desk in line with Highgate Hotel standards.
• Assist guests with check-ins and checkouts in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Answer inquiries about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
