You will greet guests at the Front Desk, manage inquiries, assist with packages, and maintain accurate records, logs, and communications, upholding Highgate's standards of hospitality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Front desk experience or hotel front office exposure preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework helpful.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with a friendly, professional manner.
• Familiarity with hospitality terminology and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at the Front Desk per hotel standards.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously.
• Answer questions about services, facilities and hours of operation.
• Maintain PBX console operation and relay messages and packages.
• Balance and prepare shift-related paperwork and reports.
• Maintain a clean, professional work area and represent Highgate standards.
