Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at the Front Desk per Highgate standards.
• Answer inquiries about hotel services, facilities and hours of operation.
• Manage check-ins and checkouts in a courteous, efficient manner.
• Balance and prepare shift paperwork and maintain Front Desk records.
• Maintain knowledge of rates, packages, and promotions.
