Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to assist guests, handle reservations, and manage payments at the front desk. You will ensure a smooth check-in/out experience while maintaining safety and security standards.

The role emphasizes delivering exceptional guest service, addressing requests promptly, and upholding ESA's service culture across the property. Training covers Make it Right resolutions and daily front desk operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or 1–3 months related experience.
• Experience with front desk tasks and guest interactions is preferred.
• Familiarity with safety rules and operating procedures or manuals.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in/check-out and payment processing.
• Answer phones and handle guest inquiries with professionalism.
• Resolve guest issues through ESA Make it Right process.
• Maintain daily front desk paperwork and adherence to safety standards.
• Process reservations, room assignments, and departures per procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas.
