Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong English communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in basic math and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check in/out and collect payments.
• Process reservations and room charges following policy.
• Maintain front desk area and lobby in a clean, organized manner.
• Promote ESA services and upsell to increase occupancy.
• Follow safety and security procedures and report issues.
• Support housekeeping and other hotel operations as needed.
