Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to deliver a welcoming experience at the front desk. You will assist guests, answer phones, check guests in and out, and collect payments per company guidelines.

You will also handle reservations, maintain front desk areas, and promote ESA services to convert inquiries into reservations while upholding safety and service standards across all interactions.

Qualifications

• English proficiency to interact with guests and colleagues.
• Proficient operation of the property management system.
• Ability to follow safety rules and procedures.
• Prepare routine reports and paperwork accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, and handle check-ins/outs.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures per guidelines.
• Maintain front desk areas, lobby, and guest public spaces.
• Promote ESA services and convert inquiries into reservations.
• Maintain cash, card, and city ledger balances.
• Support breakfast setup and display as required.
