Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to welcome guests, answer phones, check in/out, and collect payments in line with company procedures. The role also involves front desk paperwork and upholding safety standards across the property.

The GSR will work to resolve guest requests, promote ESA’s service culture, and assist with breakfast setup and overall lobby cleanliness while delivering a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to operate a property management system and complete front desk paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests and answer phones promptly.
• Check guests in and out and process payments.
• Promote ESA service culture and resolve guest issues.
• Maintain front desk area and assist with breakfast setup.
• Ensure safety and security procedures are followed.
