Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to assist guests, handle check-ins and payments, and maintain front desk procedures in a busy hotel setting. The role requires strong English communication, experience with PMS, and a focus on guest satisfaction.

The position involves daily front desk operations, handling reservations, and adhering to safety protocols while delivering a high level of service to guests.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assist guests, answer phones and check guests in/out.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments and departures.
• Maintain front desk operations and daily paperwork.
• Ensure safety and security procedures are followed.
• Handle guest requests with professional courtesy and resolve issues promptly.
