Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to greet guests, handle phone inquiries, process check-ins/outs, and collect payments at the front desk. You will follow Make it Right procedures to resolve guest concerns promptly.

The role requires English fluency, basic PMS operation, and a commitment to a clean, welcoming lobby environment. This is a full-time position at a California property with weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• English proficiency to interact with guests and colleagues.
• Proficient operation of property management systems and shift reports.
• Ability to perform routine reports and basic math.
• Good judgment and guest-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check in/check out, and process payments.
• Resolve guest issues through Make it Right process with courtesy and urgency.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures per guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area according to standards.
• Cross-sell ESA services and convert inquiries into reservations.
