InTown Suites is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to clean guest rooms according to SOPs, restock supplies, and maintain the overall cleanliness of the property. You will contribute to a positive guest experience by upholding high standards and safety practices.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work within a fast-paced hotel environment. Full-time positions include benefits and a supportive onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Familiar with housekeeping/laundry standard procedures and techniques.
• Ability to follow instructions, deadlines and quality standards.
• Able to clean the minimum required rooms per shift and operate housekeeping equipment.

Responsabilités

• Clean guest rooms and bathrooms to company standards.
• Remove trash and debris and maintain room exteriors.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchens, dining areas, and public spaces.
• Restock supplies and operate housekeeping equipment per SOPs.
• Report safety, security, or guest concerns to supervisor.
• Provide superior customer service to guests.
