Qualifications

• Customer service skills with a welcoming attitude.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbal and written.
• Experience handling payments and balancing cash and transactions.
• Proficiency with computer systems used for guest registration.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing information.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and register them efficiently, ensuring accuracy of rates and details.
• Process payments, balance a house bank, and issue receipts.
• Provide information on local attractions and hotel services to guests.
• Code room keys and manage guest folios during check-in and check-out.
• Answer phones professionally and relay messages to guests.
• Maintain front desk area and support PBX/reservations as needed.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and escalate when appropriate.
