Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hospitality coursework or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with PMS is a plus.
• Previous hospitality/front desk experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm, professional manner.
• Manage check-ins and check-outs accurately for seamless transactions.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries by phone and in person.
• Process reservations, payments, and room assignments with confidentiality.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to prepare rooms and address needs.
• Address and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk reflecting hotel standards.
• Provide concierge services including dining, entertainment, and transportation suggestions.
