Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years of supervisor experience in a Front Office environment.
• Minimum of 2 years of hotel supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management preferred or equivalent management experience.
• Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment.
• Flexible schedule; weekends and holidays required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Provide prompt, personal service at check-in and check-out.
• Supervise Front Desk Agents as needed.
• Maintain professional image and leadership in resort operations.
• Enforce credit and guest billing policies.
• Assist with daily briefings and meetings.
• Ensure guest confidentiality and safety compliance.
• Escort VIP guests and coordinate special arrangements.
• Maintain lobby area neat and clean.
• Perform duties of Assistant Front Desk Manager or General Manager when required.
