Qualifications

• Willingness to work varying shifts and maintain attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in and checkout, ensuring courteous service.
• Respond to guest inquiries about local restaurants, transport, and entertainment.
• Follow cash handling and credit policies.
• Maintain knowledge of rates, packages, and promotions.
• Operate Front Desk computer system and complete shift reports.
• Balance paperwork at shift end.
• Promote guest programs and promotions.
• Maintain a tidy work area and assist with safety procedures.
