Highgate is seeking a Front Office Agent at Homewood Suites Corpus Christi to provide attentive, courteous service during check-in, stay, and checkout while maximizing occupancy and revenue. Responsibilities include guest inquiries, reservations, rate awareness, and cash handling.

The role requires strong communication, customer service experience, and basic computer skills, with a standard high school diploma. Some college coursework is helpful and prior hotel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries from guests regarding restaurants, transportation, and entertainment.
• Process check-ins and checkouts in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Balance and prepare shift paperwork and reports.
• Be familiar with rates, packages, and promotions as listed in internal materials.
• Maintain a clean and market guest programs and promotions.
• Follow all cash handling and credit policies.
• Be aware of in-house groups and rate quoting scenarios.
• Operate Front Desk computer system and radio communications.
