Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at the Front Desk according to Highgate standards.
• Answer guest inquiries about services, hours, and local attractions.
• Handle check-ins and checkouts in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Log packages, mail, and messages and deliver to guests or meeting rooms.
• Follow cash handling and credit policies and stay aware of promotions.
