Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Knowledge of PMS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests and provide courteous service.
• Register and assign guests to rooms.
• Compute bills, collect payments, and make change.
• Transmit messages using telephones or the PMS system.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and resolve complaints.
• Secure guests' valuables in hotel safe.
• Assist in the breakfast area or with luggage during peak periods.
• Perform bookkeeping activities and balance accounts.
• Strive to increase guest satisfaction scores.
