Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Agent to provide attentive, courteous service during check-in, throughout the stay, and at checkout while maximizing occupancy.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering inquiries, logging packages, and operating the Front Desk system. The ideal candidate has hospitality experience or related coursework, a high school diploma, and computer proficiency; long hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Hotel or related field experience preferred.
• Computer experience required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at the Front Desk.
• Answer inquiries about services, facilities and hours.
• Balance and prepare closing shift paperwork and logs.
• Operate Front Desk computer system and related duties.
