HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group seeks a Front Desk Agent in Duluth to deliver warm, professional service at the hotel. You will welcome guests, handle check-in/check-out, and assist with reservations for a seamless arrival and stay.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
• Customer service oriented with a warm, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out guests and manage reservations.
• Answer guest inquiries and provide information about local attractions.
• Work with Front Office Manager or Front Office Supervisor.
• Contribute to a welcoming guest experience.
