HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group seeks a Front Desk Agent to greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, handle reservations, and answer inquiries with a warm, professional demeanor. You will be the welcoming face of our hotel and support guests throughout their stay.

Ideal candidates bring a combination of education and experience, English proficiency, and a flexible schedule to cover evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly and attentive face of our hotel, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and assistance throughout their stay.
• Check guests in and out, answer inquiries, and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Report to the Front Office Manager or Front Office Supervisor.
