Job summary

LBA Hospitality in Duluth, GA is seeking a Front Desk guest services associate to greet guests, check in/out, and promote hotel amenities. You will act as Manager on Duty as needed and ensure guest requests are handled promptly with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities include upselling services, coordinating with housekeeping, and maintaining accurate records in the PMS. Strong communication and problem‑solving skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in service, sales, telesales or guest relations preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, provide room assignments, maintain guest privacy and accommodate special requests when possible.
• Promote and sell hotel services/amenities to guests and encourage repeat business.
• Act as Manager on Duty as needed, respond to guest requests, and communicate with management.
• Ensure accurate billing and balance cash, checks, and other transactions at shift end.
• Learn and utilize the property management system (PMS) and maintain guest records.
• Assist other departments (F&B, housekeeping) as needed to ensure guest satisfaction.
