Job summary

HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group is seeking a Front Desk Agent in Dunwoody, GA to welcome guests and manage check-ins/outs with warmth and professionalism.

You will assist guests with reservations, provide information on services and local attractions, and address inquiries while reporting to the Front Office Manager or Supervisor. A path to higher roles in hotel operations is possible.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out guests and handle reservations.
• Provide information about hotel services and local attractions and address guest inquiries.
• Be the friendly, attentive face of the hotel, ensuring a welcoming guest experience.
• Report to the Front Office Manager or Front Office Supervisor.
