Job summary

UFC GYM Miami is seeking a Front Desk Attendant to deliver the Ultimate Service Promise by providing outstanding member and guest care at the front desk. You will serve as the first point of contact, ensuring a welcoming experience for all visitors and members.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, checking in members, answering phones, and supporting club operations while maintaining a clean lobby and positive attitude. CPR/AED certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist members and visitors.
• Answer phones professionally and direct calls when needed.
• Ensure quick and accurate member check-in.
• Address questions and concerns or escalate to management.
• Maintain front desk area, lobby, and logs.
• Report unsafe conditions or emergencies immediately.
