Job summary

UFC GYM in Miami, FL is seeking a Front Desk Attendant to deliver the Ultimate Service Promise with top-tier member service. You will greet guests, answer calls professionally, assist with check-ins, and respond to questions or concerns, escalating to management when needed.

You will also support club operations, keep the front desk tidy, monitor retail goals, and coordinate with staff to address maintenance or cleanliness issues, while upholding safety standards and CPR/AED readiness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current CPR/AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and members warmly and promptly assist.
• Answer incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure proper member check-in procedures are followed.
• Respond to member questions and concerns and escalate to management when needed.
• Maintain the Front Desk/Lobby area and support club operations.
• Report unsafe conditions or emergencies to management immediately.
