UFC Gym is looking for a Front Desk Representative who will be the first line of contact for members and guests. You will provide outstanding customer service, assist with purchases, and direct membership inquiries.

The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and a customer service focus. Responsibilities include greeting members, answering calls, selling retail items, and keeping the front desk neat and organized.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months customer service experience in relevant industries.
• Energetic, friendly personality with a positive attitude.
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet members and guests as they enter.
• Answer incoming calls and transfer to appropriate departments.
• Check in members and sign up new members.
