Responsibilities

• Checks Owners/guests into villas, reviews amenities, services, hours, and local activities.
• Responds to questions and requests, coordinating with other departments to resolve issues.
• Explains room features and uses of facilities; follows up to ensure satisfaction.
• Answers calls and routes to appropriate departments; may assist with bellman tasks.
