You will respond to questions, coordinate with other departments, and ensure guest issues are resolved promptly to achieve high satisfaction.

The role requires flexibility to work 1st/2nd/3rd shifts, weekends and holidays, and a positive, service‑oriented attitude in a dynamic resort environment.

Qualifications

• Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods and assist guests.

Responsibilities

• Check guests into villas and explain property amenities, services, and local areas of interest.
• Answer calls, route to proper departments, and resolve guest requests.
• Assist with bellman/runner duties as needed and uphold guest experience standards.
