Qualifications

• Available to work various shifts, holidays and both weekend days.
• Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period.

Responsibilities

• Checks Owners/guests into their villas, reviews amenities, services, hours and local activities.
• Responds to questions and requests, contacting other departments to resolve issues.
• Explains room features and locations (key, ice, vending).
• Follows up to ensure guest requests are met to satisfaction.
• Answers calls and routes to proper department; may assist with bellman duties.
• Welcomes guests, interacts professionally, supports team goals and safety policies.
