Job summary

Steamboat Ski and Resort Corporation in Colorado seeks a shuttle/guest services team member to deliver exceptional hospitality. You will greet owners and guests, coordinate ski valet operations, and ensure a smooth, memorable vacation experience by being professional and helpful while coordinating services.

The role requires strong English communication, a high school diploma, and the ability to lift equipment and assist guests as needed. This is an on-site position in Steamboat Springs.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact professionally with guests and co-workers.
• Demonstrated service mindset aligned with standards.

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists owners and guests, and coordinates ski valet.
• Transports ski equipment to and from the property and manages storage.
• Liaises between guests/owners and staff for storage, pick-up and drop-off.
• Assist with bell duties and luggage handling as needed.
• Responds to inquiries about resort services and directions.
• Provides safe shuttle service when required.
