Qualifications

• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Background and drug screening may be required.

Responsibilities

• Check guests into villas and explain amenities, hours of operations, and local activities.
• Listen and respond to guests' questions or requests and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues.
• Explain room features and how to use keys, ice/vending areas, etc.
• Follow up to ensure requests are met to guests' satisfaction.
• Answer phone calls and route to appropriate departments.
• Assist with bellman and runner duties as needed.
