Responsibilities

• Checks Owners/guests into their villas, reviews amenities, hours of operation, and local areas of interest.
• Responds to questions or requests and coordinates with other departments to resolve guest issues.
• Explains room features and follows up to ensure satisfaction.
• Answers phone calls and routes to the proper department; may assist with bellman duties.
