Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is hiring a Guest Services Agent to check guests into villas, explain amenities, and provide top-notch service for Owners and guests. You will listen to needs, coordinate with other departments, and ensure concerns are resolved with proactive follow-up.

This role supports professional interactions with colleagues, while maintaining safety and company standards. The position requires availability for weekends and holidays, with a focus on creating memorable vacation

Responsibilities

• Check Owners/guests into villas and review property amenities, services, hours of operations, and local areas of interest.
• Actively listen and respond to guests' questions, concerns, and requests and contact other departments to help resolve issues.
• Identify and explain room features to guests (e.g., use of room key, ice and vending areas, etc.).
• Follow up with Owners/guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction.
• Answer telephone calls and route calls to the proper department as applicable.
• May assist with bellman and runner duties depending on facility or location.
• Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals.
• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
