Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Guest Services Agent to warmly welcome Owners and guests, check them into villas, and share local activities to create memorable stays.

Qualifications

• Available to work various shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift/carry/push/pull items up to 25 lbs.
• Background and drug screening may be required.

Responsibilities

• Check Owners/guests into villas and review property amenities, hours, and local activities.
• Respond to guests' questions and requests and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues.
• Explain room features and guide guests on operations and local interests.
• Follow up with Owners/guests to ensure requests are met to satisfaction.
• Answer telephone calls and route to proper department; assist with bellman/runner duties when needed.
• Maintain guest experience standards and professional interactions with colleagues and guests.
