Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Guest Services Agent in Park City, UT. You will assist Owners and guests with villa check-ins, review amenities, and guide them to local activities to create memorable vacation experiences.

As a full-time role, prioritize guest needs, respond promptly to inquiries, and coordinate with departments to resolve issues. A valid driver’s license is required, and duties may include bellman tasks and occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Check Owners/guests into villas, review property amenities, hours of operations, and local activities.
• Respond to guest questions and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues.
• Explain room features and ensure requests are met to the guest's satisfaction.
• Answer phone calls and route to appropriate departments; assist with bellman/runner duties as needed.
