Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Front Desk/Guest Services professional to greet guests, register during check-in, and ensure a memorable stay. You will handle payments, balance accounts, and manage guest inquiries with a focus on courtesy and accuracy.

Role requires strong English communication, basic math, and comfortable interaction with guests in a fast-paced hotel environment. Full-time, on-site position offering benefits including room discounts and health coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to perform moderately complex arithmetic accurately.
• Ability to read, listen, and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to input information using a moderately complex computer system.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and register them accurately, providing information on hours and attractions.
• Complete registration by querying the system and assigning rooms appropriate to guest needs.
• Process payments, balance house accounts, and handle vouchers and traveler's checks.
• Answer phones with clear English, relay messages, and manage mail and packages.
