Seascape-Beach-Resort is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver excellent guest service during check-in and check-out. Responsibilities include handling reservations and assisting with PBX operations and concierge services.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities, plus experience in a hotel or resort setting and a valid US work authorisation. California driver license may be required for certain positions.

Qualifications

• Ability to attend to and understand guest questions and comments.
• Ability to organize work and multitask effectively.
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
• Two years hotel/resort experience or related training.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong reading and verbal communication skills.
• Maestro experience is a plus.
• Must provide valid documents to work in the US; California driver license may be required for certain positions.
