Columbia Hospitality, Inc. is seeking a Front Desk Agent at Seaside Ocean View Resort to manage guest check-in/check-out, issue keys, and resolve guest requests while supporting the Front Office team.

You will work in a fast-paced environment using the property management system and PBX, coordinating reservations to create memorable guest experiences at family-friendly seaside property.

Competenze

• Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
• Experience handling cash and using a computerized POS is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.

Mansioni

• Handle guest check-in and checkout efficiently per hotel procedures.
• Be proficient with the property management system.
• Operate the PBX and paging system per procedures.
• Establish guest room charges at check-in; issue keys and explain services.
• Resolve guest issues with discretion and professionalism and consult management when needed.
• Follow up with guests and team members after interactions.
• Book restaurant, transportation, and activity reservations for guests.
