Grand Pacific Resorts is seeking a Front Desk Agent to provide warm, professional guest service to guests, owners, and staff. You will handle check-ins/outs, manage high call volumes, resolve issues, and assist with room assignments and key distribution.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and a courteous demeanor in a hospitality-focused environment. The position may require weekend/holiday shifts and adherence to company policies and attendance standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of related hospitality experience preferred.
• Professional telephone etiquette is required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to work well in a diverse team environment.

Responsabilités

• Check guests/owners in and out of the resort and address questions.
• Handle a high volume of inbound calls from guests/owners.
• Resolve customer complaints calmly and effectively.
• Obtain guest information, assign rooms, and activate/distribute keys.
• Assist guests with loading/unloading luggage and delivery of items as needed.
