Job summary

Extended Stay America in Orlando, FL seeks a Guest Services Representative to assist guests, answer phones, check in/out, and collect payments in line with company guidelines. You will handle daily front office tasks, ensure safety procedures, and maintain a welcoming lobby.

You will also participate in breakfast setup, upsell to drive reservations, and uphold ESA’s service culture with a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction. This role offers weekly pay and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check in/out and collect payment per guidelines.
• Complete front office daily paperwork and maintain safety procedures.
• Resolve guest issues through Make it Right process and treat guests and colleagues with respect.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments and departures according to company guidelines.
• Maintain cash, credit card and city ledger accounts and ensure accuracy.
• Set up, maintain and take down breakfast display in a timely manner.
• Keep front desk, lobby and guest areas organized and clean per standards.
• Convert inquiries to reservations and actively identify sales opportunities.
• Periodically tour the property to ensure brand standards are met.
• Provide reasonable accommodation to guest requests when possible and appropriate.
• Comply with all company policies including safety and security reporting.
