Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to welcome guests, answer phones, and manage check-ins and check-outs. You will assist guests, process payments, and ensure front desk procedures align with ESA guidelines while upholding safety and standards.

The role emphasizes friendly service, accurate cash handling, and teamwork. You will help maintain clean public areas and support breakfast display setup as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; 0–3 months related experience may be acceptable.
Excellent English communication to interact with guests and staff.
Ability to manage reservations, payments, and daily front desk tasks according to policy.

Responsibilities

Assist guests and respond to requests with follow-through.
Process reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, and collect payments per guidelines.
Maintain cash, card, and city ledger balances at the property.
Promote ESA service culture and resolve guest issues using Make it Right.
Keep front desk, lobby, and common areas clean and organized as per standards.
