Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Guest Services Representative to ensure outstanding guest experiences at our property in Madison, WI. The GSR will handle reservations, check-ins/outs, payments, and daily front desk duties while upholding safety and security standards.

The role requires strong English communication, proficiency with the property management system, and a customer-service mindset to resolve guest requests and drive bookings.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication with guests and team.
• Proficient use of property management system (PMS).
• Knowledge of safety rules and operating procedures.
• Ability to complete routine reports and correspondence.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check-in/check-out and collect payments.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures per guidelines.
• Handle in-house balances and maintain cash/credit accounts.
• Maintain front desk area and public spaces to brand standards.
• Promote ESA services and convert inquiries to reservations.
• Provide courteous service and accommodate guest requests when possible.
