Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Guest Services Representative to assist guests, answer phones, check guests in and out, and collect payment in line with company policies. The GSR will maintain front desk areas, assist with breakfast setup, and ensure safety procedures are followed to deliver a superior guest experience.

The role emphasizes friendly service, accurate cash handling, and cross-functional support to ensure all guest interactions meet ESA standards.

Qualifications

• Understand and communicate in English proficiently to interact with guests and colleagues.
• Operate front desk software and complete routine reports and correspondence.
• Follow safety rules and company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests and respond to requests with follow-through.
• Process reservations, registration, payment and departures per guidelines.
• Maintain cash, credit card and city ledger accounts at the property.
• Keep front desk, lobby and common areas organized and clean.
• Promote ESA brand and convert inquiries into reservations.
