Job summary

Highgate Hotels, LP is seeking a part-time Guest Services Agent at Collins Court South Beach to provide attentive service during check-in, stay, and checkout. The role supports revenue through upselling and occupancy management while maintaining guest satisfaction at all times.

The position requires a warm, professional demeanor, strong communication, and reliability in a fast-paced hotel environment. Training is provided, with growth opportunities within Highgate’s portfolio.

Qualifications

• College course work in related field helpful.
• Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Computer experience required.
• Customer Services experience preferred.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all guests at the Front Desk.
• Operate PBX console and ensure hotel standards.
• Answer guest inquiries about services, facilities and hours.
• Log and deliver packages, mail and messages to guests and meeting rooms.
• Review Front Office log and Trace File daily.
• Handle guest check-ins and checkouts in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Be familiar with hospitality terminology and rate quotations.
