Highgate Hotels, LP is seeking a Front Office Manager in Miami Beach to oversee Guest Services, Concierge, and Uniformed Services, ensuring attentive, courteous service while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

The role requires leadership of the Guest Services team, adherence to Highgate Hotel SOPs, and collaboration with Accounting and other departments to maintain smooth front office operations.

Formación

• At least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with guests and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to guest requests, problems, complaints and accidents with courtesy and follow-up.
• Motivate, coach, and discipline Guest Services staff according to SOPs.
• Manage payroll and scheduling for Guest Services.
• Maximize room revenue and occupancy by daily status review and rate variance analysis.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Operate Front Office system including reports generation and simple programming.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations and Credit Manager.
