Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at the Front Desk per Highgate standards.
• Handle check-ins/ checkouts and operate the front desk systems.
• Answer guest inquiries about services and local attractions.
• Maintain shift logs, rate quotes, and departmental reports.
• Support cash handling and follow hotel policies.
