Legends Global seeks a courteous Guest Services Representative for the Denny Sanford PREMIER Center complex in Sioux Falls, SD. You will assist patrons during events with ushering, ticket scanning, crowd management, and general guest services, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment.

This part-time, on-site role requires availability for weekends, evenings and holidays, ability to stand for extended periods, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and pass an acceptable background check.
• Demonstrate ability to read, write, hear, and speak English.
• Professional attitude and clean, neat appearance.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods; able to walk up and down steep stairs.
• Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this position.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct guests; screen for prohibited items; secure areas and respond to emergencies.
• Communicate with patrons; anticipate problems and provide appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with event post teams (ticket takers, ushers, security, crowd control, door screeners, guest relations).
• Maintain effective two-way radio communication to address patron issues.
• Observe crowd behavior and enforce facility rules and procedures.
• Promote a safe working environment; assist with emergency programs as needed.
