Legends Global seeks a Premium Seating Manager for the Denny Sanford PREMIER Center in Sioux Falls, SD. You will oversee luxury suites, premium seating operations, and guest services at a high-traffic venue, focusing on superb customer experiences.

The role requires leadership of a part-time premium services team, coordination with multiple departments, and flexibility to work during events, nights, and weekends. A business-related degree and relevant experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• 2-3 years’ management experience in customer service.
• 1 year industry related experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs premium services team during events to resolve customer issues.
• Oversees contract renewals and sales of open inventory.
• Gleans insights from Suite/Loge clientele to improve service.
• Collaborates with Box Office to manage premium seating ticketing.
• Determines availability and pricing for premium seating on an event basis.
• Plans and monitors Club Members’ special events and gifts for suite holders.
• Trains and manages premium services staff.
• Develops and enforces service policies for premium seating.
• Manages VIP parking and add-on programs.
• Supports special events and value-added programs for Club members.
• Acts as liaison with Security, Operations, Event Services, F&B for suites.
