Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Premium Seating Manager to oversee luxury suite and premium seating services at the Denny Sanford PREMIER Center in Sioux Falls, SD. You will manage staff, coordinate with the Box Office, and ensure exceptional service to Club Seat, Suite, and Loge Box holders.

The role involves setting event-by-event pricing, renewing contracts, and leading a team during events while collaborating with other departments to deliver a flawless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration and/or related field (PR or hospitality also acceptable).
• Minimum 2–3 years’ management experience in customer service; strong communication skills.
• Minimum 1 year industry-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee premium seating services for events and renewals of contracts.
• Work with Box Office to manage ticketing for premium seating.
• Determine availability and pricing for additional premium seating on an event basis.
• Train and manage the premium services staff; ensure excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with Security, Operations, F&B and other teams to support suites and clubs.
