Legends Global is seeking a Premium Level Attendant to deliver exceptional guest service at the Denny Sanford PREMIER Center in Sioux Falls, SD. Qualifications

Responsibilities

Pre-event suite setup and maintaining clean, inviting suites.
Greet guests and direct them to seats or facilities.
Verify guest tickets and ensure premium seating exclusivity.
Respond promptly to guest issues while remaining professional.
Represent Legends Global with courteous, friendly service.
Direct complaints to the manager/supervisor.
