Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a dedicated Setup/Teardown Crew member for the Denny Sanford PREMIER Center in Sioux Falls, SD. The role focuses on transforming the venue between events, coordinating with teammates, and ensuring safe, efficient transitions.

Evening, night, and weekend availability is required, and you may lead part-time staff while maintaining grounds and assisting with cleaning and equipment operation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• 1-2 years of custodial, operations, or events experience preferred.
• Experience leading small work crew and reading room diagrams preferred.
• Must demonstrate the ability to read, write, hear, and speak English.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, align, and strike portable chairs, tables, pipe & drape, staging, and bleachers.
• Lead part time and temporary team members in setup and teardown for events.
• Help maintain the outside grounds including lawn care and snow removal as needed.
• Assist with cleaning and sanitizing the building as needed.
• Use various mechanical equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, buffers, carpet cleaners, etc. as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Work extended and/or irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
